Yestersday a fruit lady gave me a bag of peaches for free.
Today I pureed them with a dash of maple syrup, freezed for a couple hours. Here guys, enjoy!
Recipe (yield about 4 scoops of sorbet)- 3 very large peaches, very ripped
- a good dash of maple syrup
- Take the stones out and cut the peaches into pieces, add a dash of maple syrup and process. Pour the mixture into a dish.
- Freeze the mixture for about 2 - 3 hours, but scrape the mixture and re-mix again every hour or 30 minutes.
- In order to get a smoother texture, puree the mixture again right before serving.

Jealous! Up in Canada it is already too cold for these.
G, gosh i love this shot with the sorbet melting and dripping. Making it so alive!
Only a few more weeks and our shops will have lots of local peaches - all calling my name. Thanks for this recipe, I am very much into sorbets now. Divine.
